Education and experience
MUDr. Fedeleš graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Comenius University in Bratislava and, after completing postgraduate studies in surgery (topic: Timing and method of corrective nose surgery in cleft palate patients), he obtained his PhD. He passed his plastic surgery certification exam at the Slovak Medical University in Bratislava.
Dr. Fedeleš gained practical experience and professional skills at the II. Surgical Clinic of the Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University under the supervision of Prof. MUDr. Juraj Pechan, CSc. He still works at the Department of Hand Surgery and the Clinic of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the University Hospital in Bratislava.
He worked at the Esthetic Clinic in Bratislava for more than five years and gained international work experience during his time at the Coupure centrum voor plastische chirurgie / EMC2 in Belgium.
In 2014, Dr. Fedeleš joined eveclinic, where he performs a wide range of corrective plastic surgeries. He is one of the most sought-after specialists in aesthetic breast surgery – augmentation, modeling, and reduction. As one of the first plastic surgeons in Slovakia, he performs breast augmentation and modeling using the state-of-the-art Preservé™ method, which is gentle on breast tissue and function (more about this method).
Congresses and professional internships
Dr. Fedeleš also expanded his professional knowledge through domestic and international internships. He saw how plastic surgery is performed at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan, learned from his Czech colleagues at the Clinic of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno, and also completed an internship at the Clinic of Burns and Reconstructive Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University and University Hospital in Bratislava.
Active participation in 15 domestic and foreign congresses including 5 times as the main author (Tbilisi 07/2009, Rhodes 11/2009, Prague 12/2010, Vancouver 05/2011, Beijing 10/2011).
