The main ENDOLIFT® benefit is skin tightening, i.e. tightening and reducing loose skin thanks to the activation of neocollagenesis and metabolic functions in the extracellular matrix. Tightening the skin using Endolift® is strictly connected with selectivity of the applied laser beam, i.e. a specific interaction of the laser light that selectively affects the water and fat.
Which areas can be treated with Endolift®?
Endolift® re-models the whole face: corrects slight skin slackening and fat buildup in the lower third of the face (jowl, cheeks, mouth, jaw) and neck beyond the scope of lower eyelid skin slackening correction.
The laser-induced selective heat melts the fat, which spills out of the microscopic inlet holes in the treated area and simultaneously causes immediate shrink of the skin.
Moreover, with respect to the achievable results, there are several other areas that can be treated: buttock muscles, knees, periumbilical regions, inner thighs and ankles.
How long does the treatment take?
It depends on how many parts of the face (or body) are treated. However, it starts with 20 minutes only for one part of the face (e.g. a lobe) up to an hour for the whole face.
What can we expect from the treatment?
- The procedure is painless and performed under local anaesthesia.
- Only minimal or no recovery is needed after the procedure as there are no complications connected with surgical procedures.
- For the day immediately following the procedure, the patient should avoid strenuous physical activity and due to the possibility of slight swelling of the treated area, it is recommended to postpone work and rest.
- The results are immediate and long-lasting. However, the treated area will gradually improve over the period of 3 to 6 months after ENDOLIFT® treatment because further collagen will be created in the deep skin layers.
How many treatments are needed?
Only one. In case of incomplete results, the treatment can be repeated during the first 12 months.
All medical results depend on the previous condition of the particular patient such as age, health or gender, which can affect the result and success of the procedure and the same applies to the aesthetic protocols.

Endolift® – treatment procedure
The procedure is carried out by a doctor as a day-case procedure in a certified workplace using local anaesthetic. The patient feels no pain. A fibre is inserted into the skin and hypodermis and then, using slow fan-like moves, it is transferred through channels that determine the lifting direction, thus achieving the required result.
At the same time, the procedure can focus on fat deposits that usually affect the jowl. The commonly treated areas include the face, jaw, jowl and neck.
Endolift® – Immediately after treatment
A slight swelling may occur at the treatment site after laser lifting. This reaction is individual, but each patient is advised to rest the body for 24 hours after the procedure and to avoid sports or other physically demanding activities. The treated areas should not be exposed to direct sunlight or intense heat. Do not go to the sauna, solarium, swimming pool or sunbathing for a few days.
Endolift® laser lifting – Price
The laser Endolift® facelift price depends on the treated area and the overall scope of the procedure. For treatments of small face areas (selection – eye surrounding areas, jowl, upper lip), the price is from 1,000€; for large selected face areas (selection – face, neck, jowl), the price is from 1,200€; the combination of cheek + jowl + neck starts at about 1,700€.
