Self-rejuvenation, so-called Dracula therapy, is one of the increasingly popular treatments slowing down the signs of ageing, mainly due to its very natural and visible outcomes.

Legend has it that Dracula once sucked his victims’ blood to obtain the vital energy it contained. Likewise, myths about Elizabeth Báthory and her penchant for bathing in blood to help her rejuvenation and regeneration have also been passed from one generation to the next. In medicine, self-blood therapy has been used in various sectors for several years, and its effects have recently begun to be applied in the cosmetic field and in the prevention of ageing.

With Dracula therapy, it is possible to slow the external visible signs of ageing in a natural way – with the help of biochemical information encoded in your own blood. The medical name for this treatment is S3 (stimulated self-serum) or PRP (platelet-rich plasma).

There is no make-believe or spells behind Dracula therapy. Blood plasma contains all sorts of proteins and growth factors that help to heal and regenerate the skin. It is responsible for the rejuvenating effect of the procedure. Thanks to renewed regeneration, the skin begins the rejuvenation process. Different types of damage and signs of premature skin ageing, for example due to sunlight, are abated for a long time.

How is Dracula therapy performed?

A small quantity of blood is taken from the patient's body, about 4-16 ml. Once taken, the blood sample is separated into white and red blood cells and the blood plasma containing the important platelets using a centrifuge. Such separated plasma is then mixed with a special DNA activator. The prepared serum is injected into the patient's body by professional medical staff. The application itself is possible in two ways. Either a treatment known as mesotherapy is used –needles make 2 mm deep punctures into the treated area or the solution is applied directly under the wrinkles as a dermal filler. It is possible to combine both applications for better effect. The Dracula Therapy Regeneration Process brightens the skin, firms flaccid skin and smooths wrinkles. The treatment itself does not take longer than an hour; usually it takes about 45 minutes. The effects of Dracula therapy are due to a special DNA activator lasting about 6-8 months.

In which areas is it possible to apply Dracula therapy?

  • around the eyes
  • forehead area
  • the area where nasolabial wrinkles occur
  • facial area
  • facial contours
  • hairy region of the head
  • décolletage and neck
  • hands
  • hips
  • abdominal area (abdomen)

DNA activator

Some sampling kits designed to perform Dracula therapy, such as TrayLIFE, also contain a DNA activator that not only activates platelets found in plasma after centrifugation, but also awakens more than 100 dormant growth factors inside the platelets that contribute to skin rejuvenation. Some of this enriched plasma provides perfect and long lasting results for 6 to 8 months... Without using this unique activator, the durability of the treatment effects, as well as your satisfaction with the result, will not last more than 4 months.
