Increasing the size of the lips with the SAYPHA FILLER or Teosyal Kiss PureSense dermal fillers
The current trend in contemporary aesthetic dermatology’s fight against the relentless passage of time and the appearance of ageing skin is reflected in so-called dermal fillers. They serve as reliable tools for "erasing" wrinkles and scratches of almost all kinds, or other irregularities on the face, neck and décolletage and on hands.
In recent times, the oft-mentioned hyaluronic acid is the most widely used and, above all, safest dermal filler. In plastic surgery, it is most often used in the form of a sterile viscous elastic gel with high content of stabilised hyaluronic acid. An important reason for its choice is that in most cases it is a non-animal product.
It is itself a natural substance found in the tissues of all living organisms. Its high percentage in the skin ensures hydration and thus improves its tautness and flexibility. This is just the quality to revitalise the skin with non-crosslinked form through mesotherapy and mesolift. In order to prolong the time hyaluronic acid is present at the application site where we want to add a volume to this area/wrinkle, its crosslinked form has been produced by the new technological procedures. In this form, and depending on the concentration of hyaluronic acid in this formulation, the effect will last several months.
For short-term products it takes 3-4 months. In general, dermal fillers with a longer durability are more popular and can persist from 6-9 months but also from 12-18 months in the applied area. However, it is difficult to determine this period, since even after this time, the acquired volume is still present and only a slight decrease in volume can be observed. The so-called neocolagenisation, i.e. restoration of collagen structures and the improvement of elasticity of the skin, is often associated with this procedure.
